One of our dedicated staff members will contact you to explain our process as well as assist you with your return.
We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the goods.
You will be able to review the product at the bottom of the product page. You will also receive an email after you’ve acquired your product kindly asking you to provide us with a review.
Collect from our Store: We do offer an option for you to collect your order from our store in Cape town. Payment needs to be completed online or via EFT prior to collection. Our team will send you confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

Same day/ Next day delivery: This option is for customers in Cape town, Western Cape only. Your address must be within the 40km radius from Cape town CBD.
Please note that Large Parts/Items will incur an additional delivery cost. The cost is on average about R150 depending on the area and the parcel size, the cost will be stated in your cart before you proceed to payment. Please call us if you are not sure about anything.
Courier: This is a door-to-door service. This will be done through MDS Colivery. The cost will be stated in your cart before you proceed to payment.
Delivery Times: This timeline is only applicable once the parts has left our Cape Town store (processing of orders take 1-2 working days):
- To Main Centres (CTN, JHB, DBN, PE): 2 – 3 Working Days
- To Regional Areas/Remote Areas: 3 – 5 Working Days

It can range from 1-5 working days, depending on product availability and your choice of the vast delivery options available and where you reside. Please view further delivery.

Diagnostics & Auto-Electrical
No, Autel can’t do odometer adjustments, it is however able to clone the original mileage from a faulty cluster & able to transfer that mileage onto the replacement unit. It is also illegal to adjust mileage in South Africa.
The MD808 Pro (discontinued) comes with 6 service functions while the MX808 has 18 service functions. The MX808 gives DTC tips, causes and solutions.
The Ultra has a bigger screen, more onboard storage and a bigger battery. The Ultra also has dual screen functionality that allows you to run two apps simultaneously on the tablet with side by side view.
It does not have the ECU coding functions. Limited coding functions include injector coding, electronic parking brake, steering angle sensor calibration and spare keys.
Autel and Launch are direct competitors and have been in the market for a long time. No brand is better than the other, it all comes down to preference on how the user interface is on their respective machines.
The Autel AP200 is the most affordable device for DIY users. It features injector coding as well as spare key coding in its menu, which is found on the more expensive Autel models. It is small and compact with the ability to work on mobile (Android and iOS) via Autel’s dedicated app. The app can be downloaded for free from your mobile device’s app store.
Equipment & Tools
Return the items within 7 days and then the items can be sent back for either replacement or a refund. Goods returned may be subjected to a handling fee of 15% dependent on the condition of the product once returned and its packaging. We will not accept any items for return that have been modified or tampered with.
Tools have to be regularly maintained. If any liquid comes into contact with the tool, clean it using an appropriate cleaning agent or water. Avoid using tools for uncommon purposes.
Where possible, yes. However, we do recommend the client contacts a professional installer as we will not be held liable for any damages resulting from installation done by the client, staff or any other third party installer.
