Powered up camera - WiFi hotspot came up immediately but could not get any video - camera just dead - I contacted Autosupply and they promised to get back to me but nobody did - very dissapointed!

Connected to Wi-Fi twice and now it tells me there is no Wi-Fi. Is it faulty. Tried on 2 different devices and nothing. Is there a problem with it. Aren’t there any technicians in kzn Durban for assistance
