The item is the pic is the original Ford part, but not what you are buying. This generic part does not align with the 2004 Bantam window bracket, thus rendered the part unusable.

All I can say is WOW!! I needed to fix the window mechanism on my '03 Ford Fiesta, Googling the solution served me with the Autosupply ad for the part I needed, how very convenient. I hadn't heard of them so I was a tiny bit nervous I might be throwing my money away but nothing to fear, it was delivered on a Thursday after ordering it on a Monday, a public holiday even!!
