ZAOutstanding service
I had earlier purchased an Audi A4 right mirror that did not fit despite the description fitting my car model. I was proactively contacted by Randy at Autosupply who acknowledged that this was occasionally a problem, and while he did not know the cause, suggested that I came in so they could try and find a mirror that fitted. Long story short: in a time when service levels are almost always terrible, they went out of their way to ensure that this was resolved with minimal fuss. Great and professional customer service.
ZAFast delivery but way too big!
Bought "Audi A4 Side Mirror Glass (Heated) (2008 - 2011) - Right Side". Car is a 2010 model and sticker on old mirror even says 2010 ... but this is way too big, not slightly, it won't even start to fit in the recess. I see previous comment for this item saying mirror is wrong so I think this is incorrectly categorised.
