Yes, Autel can do odometer adjustments; however it is illegal to adjust mileage in SA.
The MD808 Pro comes with 6 service functions while the MX808 has 18 service functions. The MX808 gives DTC tips, causes and solutions.
The Ultra has a bigger screen, more onboard storage and a bigger battery.
It does not have the ECU coding functions. Limited coding functions include injector coding, electronic parking brake, steering angle sensor calibration and spare keys.
Firstly you will need to create an ID on Pro.Autel.com. Thereafter you will need to download the Maxi PC Suite, and then use the MD808 Pro Memory card to update via PC or laptop.
Firstly, you will need to create an Autel ID on Pro.Autel.com then register the device followed by doing a software update. Alternatively, we can register and do the complete update on the client’s behalf.
30 minutes to an hour. Time is dependent on the vehicle’s requirements.
Yes we do charge extra, between R500 – R1200. Price depends on the vehicle (double-lock system = lock must be picked, Single-lock are easier to open).

Yes, the refund period is within 7 days of purchase. The item could be credited and exchanged for the correct part.
They are not Aftermarket SABS Approved but brand new and high quality OEM Aftermarket parts.
Return the items within 7 days and then the items can be sent back for either replacement or a refund. Goods returned may be subjected to a handling fee of 15% dependent on the condition of the product once returned and its packaging. We will not accept any items for return that have been modified or tampered with.
Where possible, yes. However, we do recommend the client contacts a professional installer as we will not be held liable for any damages resulting from installation done by the client, staff or any other third party installer.
